Mother. Grandmother.
Wife. Sibling. Businesswoman.

Been there.
Done that.

It's not every day that being a mom is a differentiator, after all there are about 77 Million moms in the U.S., alone.  But for working moms, moms who are managers, and moms who are entrepreneurs, getting coaching from someone who’s been there, done that, well, that’s priceless.

Patricia lived through the times of feeling like a unicorn – a working woman with seven kids? That was unheard of!  And she lived through the era of trying to balance two heads: one for work and one for momming.  And she built a successful, enviable career while also helping seven kids navigate those awkward middle school years. And, those awkward high school years. Yikes.

Now, she helps moms navigate the similar, yet evolving, landscape of toggling between work and motherhood.

The ‘Mom’ Experience

With almost every adventure into motherhood, there are major – and not so major – milestones to navigate, celebrate, and incorporate.  We gear up to take maternity leave, we gear up to return to work, we gear up for pre-school, kindergarten, the first school play.

As the kids get older, the problems they encounter get more complex, so being a supportive mom requires a new level of empathy and advocacy. We gear up for the high school prom, graduation, and the trip to drop the kid off at college.

And, there are the life experiences in between: the first kiss, the first fight with a friend, the first relationship, the first break-up, the second break-up…and about 10 million other memorable moments. Navigating the times when your full attention gets devoted to your kid and when it gets devoted to your work is the constant, challenging, gnawing, back-breaking work we do as moms.
